Worthington Community Improvement Corporation

The CIC acquires land and buildings to advance, encourage, and promote the industrial, economic, commercial and civic development of the City of Worthington, Ohio in order to further promote the health, safety, morals and general welfare of the residents. The CIC incurs expenses to maintain these properties while held for development.
