Wounded Bird Human Health Services

The Corporation is organized for purposes of Research, implementation, education and training, providing innovations in Wound Care internationally to those in need which shall include the power to make distributions for such purposes to organizations that qualify as exempt under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
