The mission of the organization is to help provide emergency assistance and support to members of western pennsylvania local unions of the international brotherhood of electrical workers and their families who are experiencing an emergency or financial hardship due to a catastrophic event, an unforeseen personal crisis, or who has a significant demonstrable need.
