Mission

The Corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for any and all charitable or educational purposes that may qualify it as an organization described in section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 as amended from time to time the Code and exempt it from federal income tax under section 501a of the Code or the corresponding provision of any future federal income tax law. The Corporation shall accomplish such purposes by: a improving the lives of financially emotionally and or physically at risk children young adults and their families b providing educational opportunities for financially emotionally and or physically at risk children young adults and their families; c providing schools and educational shelters with supplementary educational workshops to be included within their existing curricula; and d engaging in any other activities that are appropriate and proper under section 501c3 of the Code.
