The purpose of water street kitchen is a community oriented project that will provide a collaborative space for local food entrepreneurs, caterers, and food truck owners to test and produce their products. Located a short distance from holliston's farmers market and the holliston rail trail, water street kitchen intends to bring together holliston and surrounding communities through food. Water street kitchen will provide support and guidance to its occupants through applied grant funding, consulting from local universities, small culinary arts classes, and two complete commercial kitchen spaces for collaboration in a modern, 21st century setting.
