To erect and maintain a monument at the world trade center dedicated to the employees of the port authority new york/new jersey who lost their lives in the attack on the new york world trade center on september 11, 2011 and to charitably benefit other worthy organizations or individuals with both financial assistance and donation of the members' time and effort, regardless of race religion or sex.
