Housing & property services - the housing program provides general management and oversight of housing properties that serve the low-income and disadvantaged population, as well as providing housing services to the homeless or at-risk population. In addition, the housing program provides home buyer assistance to enhance the ability of moderate-low income families become homeowners, afforable program to assist low-income homeowners with renovations and weatherization services to reduce overall energy costs and consumption which increase health, safety, comfort, and home value. Approximately 305 individuals served in fiscal 2024.
