To promote and encourage strict compliance with all laws and official orders relating to the liquor business, including the handling, purchase and sale of alcoholic beverages in the state of wyoming, to adopt and enforce among its members rules and regulations for the proper conduct of such business in the state, and to safeguard and protect the legitimate interests of all members of the corporation.
