Ii. The center for data quality initiative funded by a group of xbrl us, inc. Members to support improved usability of xbrl data and address the public's concerns about the quality of xbrl financial data filed with the sec. The data quality committee of the center develops rules and guidance that public companies can use to prevent inconsistencies or errors in xbrl submissions to the sec.

Iii. Taxonomy development and technical consultation subject matter expertise and support rescources for development of xbrl taxonomies by regulatory bodies and/or industry working groups. Includes assessment, prototyping, interative development and review and open-source software development supporting the xbrl specifications and its implementaion in the united states.
