XceleadHer equips Black women at HBCUs with the mentorship, career training, and funding needed to rise in leadership. Since 2020, the program has trained over 450 leaders across 40+ HBCUs. Signature initiatives like the HBCU Womens Leadership Summit and the XceleadHer Impact Fund provide hands-on development and financial support to increase Black womens representation in positions of power and influence.
VoteHBCUis a national nonpartisan initiative empowering students at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to own their voice, understand their power, and engage in civic participation year-round. Through campus activations, voter registration, and open discussion panels, VoteHBCU bridges the gap between education and action, ensuring that Black youth are registered to vote and informed, mobilized, and inspired to shape the future of their communities and the nation.
