XPan's mission is a global movement that catalyzes a culture of mentoring and equipping healthy leaders who produce spiritual development and communities of transformation. Though church planting is an organic result, XPan's mission is unified with the Great Commission's inclusion of sustained mentorship and the cultivation of the multiple facets of a vibrant spiritual life, including followers' emotional and mental health.
