Young & established provides an after-school and summer mentorship program to provide youths with active activity, learning, and life skills. Through game and sports, the youth gain skills in teamwork and problem solving. Expenses consist of sporting equipment, games, and supplies to encourage the youth to participate in active activity and learning.

Young & established runs an annual backpack drive to provide local youths with backpacks and school supplies to encourage students to participate and learn.

Young & established also operates an appliance program which donates washers and dryers to local schools allows students access to clean clothes, a community garden, and haircut services.
