Yad Sarah,the largest volunteer organization in Israel provides a spectrum of free or nominal cost services to make life easier for sick, disabled and elderly individuals and their families Yad Sarah`s best-known service is the lending of medical and rehabilitative equipment on a short-term basis free of charge.

Transportation for the disabled Specially equipped vans take wheelchair-bound elderly or disabled persons from their homes to medical appointments and social events.These vans give homebound people a chance to participate in life beyond their four walls while remaining in their own homes and not in nursing facilities.
Frenkel Urgent Care Center Provides evening hour services for mild gynecological,pediatric and internal medicine cases thus relieving the pressure on the rauma centers at the major Jerusalem Medical Centers
Additional services provided by Yad Sarah. 1.Energency alarm response system for the elderly and infirm. 2. Mobile geriatric dental clinic. 3.Family center for prevention of domestic violence. 4. Various services for the homebound. 5. Medical query Service. 6. Toy library and enrichment center for children with special needs. 7. Day Rehabiliatation center for the severely disabled 8. Fitness center for all including the elderly and handicapped
