Yakima Specialties Foundation

Yakima Specialties Foundation was organized exclusively to collect and administer contributions to support and further the exempt purpose of Yakima Specialties, Inc. A Continuing and historic relationship is recognized between the two organizations through shared directors. The Governing document of the Foundation expressly state that the majority of its board members is comprised of Yakima Specialties, Inc.'s directors.
