Yale Alley Cats Alumni Organization Inc

The corporation's primary charitable exempt purpose is to preserve, protect, promote, enhance and celebrate the history and tradition of the yale alley cats; to foster a sense of community among alumni of the yale alley cats; to act as liaison between the yale alley cats and yale university; to provide such support as may be necessary and appropriate for each year of the yale alley cats; and to support and encourage the broad enhancement of a cappella singing. In furtherance of such purpose, the corporation plans to conduct the activity described below.
