Adoption center the center's purpose is to provide the community with a pleasant environment in which they can view and engage with the dogs and cats that are available for adoption. Yhs is a "no-kill" ethic shelter, and we do not euthanize an animal under our care for space. In 2024, the organization's live release rate (lrr) was 91.41% which is above the national average for an "open shelter".

Lost & found/animal intake to provide care and temporary boarding for the thousands of unwanted or stray dogs and cats that are brought to us by the public or through obligations set forth by the contractual agreements with the city of prescott, the town of prescott valley, and yavapai county animal control service units.
