Programs
1 program
The wildlife residents at YW have unique stories of survival creating an opportunity for public education. As indicated by our mission, sharing a message of education and conservation is a focus of the organization. During 2024, YWS conducted school programs, tours and encounters. The full program reached over 4,415 students through programming and thousands of visitors participating in keeper talks. The program continued to grow in 2024 and was supported by two educators, one full-time and one part-time, to serve the demand for environmental and wildlife programs, and to service area schools.
