Yogalamas inc was formed to promote yoga, mindfulness, and wellness lifestyle practices to stgudent, clergy and underprivileged communities. Our intention is to inspire these groups of people through community outreach events, holistic-natured treatments, group-oriented workshops, and daylong yoga festivals that promote better ways of living life through compassion, self-care, service, understanding, and overall health (physicalm, emotional, mental and spiritual) .
