Mission
Yolo Employment Services was formed to assist individuals with disabilities as anon-profit public benefit corporation. The purpose of the Organization is to provide rehabilitation services and work experience in a sheltered or integrated environment for individuals who can benefit from them,including (but not limited to) the mentally or physically disabled.
Programs

YES! To Employment First: Started in 2018, this program helps clients to achieve their ultimate goal of competitive integrated employment by assisting them with resume writing, mock interviews, online job search, setting up volunteer opportunities and paid internships that will mirror client interests in a staff ratio of 1:2.
ATP: Adult training program assists clients with severe developmental disabilities with social, recreational,community living activities and daily life skills.
IP Job Coaching: Organization staff provide on the job training and supervision for clients with their own jobs in the community.
NISH: Government program under which clients perform janitorial services.
Transportation: Contracted services through Alta Regional Centers to transport clients to and from work.
