Our vision is that by connecting incarcerated fathers with their children and resources prior to release will do three things (1) enhance the relationships between father and child while giving them a foundation to build upon after release (2) give fathers a head start connecting to resources that will assist with employment, jobs, education, soft skill techniques, insurance and family law and (3) reduce recidivism
