Mission

The Young Black & Giving Back Institute YBGB serves nonprofits and its leaders who have historically had barriers to capital access. Our mission is to provide capacity building convenings and funding that uniquely meets their social impact needs. By focusing on the leadership of these organizations YBGB aims to empower them with the tools resources and support necessary to strengthen their impact within their communities. Through tailored training mentorship programs and access to funding opportunities we equip marginalized organizations with the skills and knowledge to navigate complex organizational challenges and maximize their potential for meaningful social change.
