YBP's mission is to cultivate talent through mentoring initiatives that focus on the personal and professional development needed to excel in the pharmaceutical industry. To inspire pharmaceutical industry professionals to always strive for excellence inside and outside of their careers and prioritize paying it forward. To connect and network to share meaningful experiences and encourage community. Our vision is to empower professionals with essential resources and networking opportunities that improve the trajectory of professionals within the pharmaceutical industry.

PhRMA Graduate Summit Partner - 40 people impacted-provided tools and tips on how to approach pursuing a job in the pharmaceutical industry and how to prepare yourself from resume building to interviewing strategies.

Professional Development Webinar Series - monthly virtual webinars covering various professional development topic with guest speakers and experts in the industry impacting hundreds of attendees throughout the year.

Regional and Conference Networking Events - 300-500 people impacted-offered networking opportunities across the country with access to professionals from all different backgrounds and companies.
