Fitness and Wellness - The Y offers health and well-being programs for everyone to help people grow in spirit, mind and body. Programs are designed to address all fitness levels to include group exercise, personal instruction and a comprehensive health & wellness center.

School Age Programming- With a focus on safety, health, social growth and academic enhancement, Y afterschool and summer programs serve 5 through 12 year old's with a variety of programmatic and activity options to explore and develop their interests and talents.

Aquatics - Swimming is a life skill as well as great exercise and a challenging sport. The Y offers swim lessons (for all ages), family swim, competitive swimming, private lessons, water fitness and many kinds of adaptive swim programs for kids with special needs, so we can all safely enjoy the pleasures of an aquatic environment.

Membership - We are a cause driven non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening our communities in spirit, mind and body. We focus on youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility as well. YMCA membership is available to all regardless of financial limitations. Payment can be arranged using a sliding fee scale.

Tennis - The Oshkosh Y is home to the only Indoor Tennis Facility in Oshkosh. The facility gives our community the opportunity to learn or perfect this lifelong sport. Lessons, leagues, tournaments and open time are all available to people and youth of all ages.

Youth Sports - YMCA Youth Sports programs promote healthy kids, families and communities by placing a priority on family involvement, healthy competition, the value of participation over winning and team building.

Swim Team - The Oshkosh YMCA Swim Team is committed to producing outstanding individuals. Experienced coaches teach the merits of hard work, team work, goal setting, and discipline in a positive and supportive environment to enable youth swimmers to excel both in and out of the water.

Ice Arena - The Oshkosh Community YMCA is home to the only indoor Ice Rink in Oshkosh. Open year round, we offer recreational skate opportunities, learn to skate programs, figure skating classes and ice hockey for youth and adults.

Soccer Arena - The Oshkosh Community YMCA houses the only indoor Soccer Arena in Oshkosh. The facility provides opportunities for all ages to play soccer, learn skills, exercise, coach and be part of a team.

Special Events - The Y offers a place for groups and organizations of all sizes to hold special events. Schools, churches, youth groups and more will hold field trips and special gatherings at the Y.

Corporate Wellness - The Y is committed to helping businesses help their employees. The Y has developed a comprehensive corporate wellness plan to offer wellness activities, learning opportunities, nutrition and exercise counseling to employees.

Concessions - The Oshkosh Y provides food and beverage for purchase to our members and program participants.
