The ymca offers after school child care pryme tyme is the ymca after school child care program where the ymca picks up children from local schools in barrow and hartwell counties and transports them to the ymca for structured activities these activities include bible study , arts and crafts , swim lessons, character development and lots of fun the ymcas motto is we build strong kids strong families and strong communities this begins in pryme tyme.

The ymca offers camp activities during school holidays and the summer camps are generally an all day version of pryme tyme they include the same structured activities along with swimming, field trips additional team building and even more fun the ymca summer camp is where god and a good time are friends.
