Youth development developing the potential of young people is at the heart of everything we do. Through enriching, values-driven programs, we help children and teens grow into confident, capable leaders. From before & after school care and summer day camp to youth sports, leadership development, and ymca youth and government, our programs are designed to spark curiosity, foster responsibility, and encourage lifelong learning. This past year, we served over 100 children each day during our summer day camp season, and more than 250 unique participants in our school year after school programs-now offered in 4 out of the 5 local public school systems. In response to community interest, our home school gym and swim program continues to flourish, averaging 60 participants each week throughout the school year. Understanding the pressures families face when balancing work and child care, we remain committed to offering safe, developmentally appropriate environments that give parents peace of mind. Full-time, part-time, and flexible scheduling options ensure our programs meet a wide range of family needs. Our promise to accessibility remains strong, with youth-focused financial assistance available based on household circumstances.

Social responsibility at our ymca, we believe strengthening community starts with making opportunities accessible to all. We work diligently to eliminate financial barriers so that everyone-regardless of background, income, or circumstance-can benefit from programs that support health, well-being, and personal growth. In 2024, our organization provided a total of 557,974.39 in financial support and subsidized services to our members and participants. This total includes: -direct financial assistance for memberships -discounts for before & after school care and summer day camp -corporate wellness subsidies -program and membership write-offs for those in crisis or hardship this investment reflects our commitment to social equity and community support. By partnering with donors, businesses, and local stakeholders, we ensure that resources are directed where they're most needed-helping families thrive, supporting working parents, and building a healthier, more connected community. Whether it's a child gaining confidence at summer camp, a parent finding support through affordable after-school care, or a senior staying active through subsidized wellness programs, the impact of this assistance is felt every day. Together, we're building a foundation for stronger individuals and a more resilient community.
