Dedicated to the vision that every cause deserves a powerful, authentic, and global community behind it, Globally accelerates and simplifies the launch of programs that convene diverse and talented cohorts of leaders around specific themes or ideas. Since 2004, we have been the go-to organization for the developing emerging leaders in global affairs. Our network spans 80 countries and reaches more than 30,000 emerging leaders.

The YPFP Fellowship is a personal and professional leadership development accelerator for emerging talent in foreign policy. YPFP Fellows have a unique opportunity to develop, construct, and implement a strategy and execution for an organization that has significant impact for thousands of young professionals around the world.

The EaGLE summit brought together approximately 100 EaGLE alumni, partners and prospective candidates to celebrate the impact of the EaGLE program over the last several years. The program provided networking and the opportunity to hear inspiring remarks from senior leaders.

The EaGLE program accelerates the careers of emerging leaders working in national security and public service. The program provides participants with intensive leadership development based on theories of innovation, technology and entrepreneurship.

FIN is a community of government innovators from the federal, business, nonprofit, and academic sectors. FIN's goal is to support and learn from one another, and grow together. This is accomplished via a variety of synchronous events and asynchronous collaborations. FIN innovators are intrapreneurs who challenge bureaucracy, seek change that matters, and stop at nothing to improve government and citizen services.

Emerging Leaders for Climate Action (ELCA) is a platform bringing together promising young leaders across sectors to collaborate on finding solutions to climate and sustainability issues. ($27,200). Member events with key foreign policy officials and experts; member networking events; speaker events; technology to support all programs ($38,216)
