Safe & healthy living: encompasses seminars and classes on issues affecting the family and minorities, as well as support groups for formerly incarcerated women and their families.
Youth intervention services: program to help troubled children redirect their lives. It gives the judicial system and the community alternatives to imprisoning youth offenders.
