The YWCO serves the Athens community by providing programming options that teach new skills, increase self-confidence, build character, develop physical fitness, and promote healthy lifestyles. Offering a wide range of recreation activities for men and women, fitness classes, swim lessons, and after school and summer camp experiences, the YWCO encourages social interaction among children, families, and senior adults.

AQUATICS AND FITNESSThe YWCO Aquatics and Fitness programs offer a variety of water exercise classes including Aqua Tone, Arthritis Water Exercise, Silver Splash, Water Exercise, and Swim Lessons.

SUMMER DAY CAMPThe YWCO Summer Day Camp is offered during the summer to rising first graders through kids who will be starting eight grade in the fall. Activities include swimming, gym games, art, team sports, outside time, age appropriate classroom stations, dramatic play, team building, field trips, and more.
