Mission
The mission of the youth chorale of central minnesota is to prepare select high school singers for performances of the highest caliber for the widest possible audience. It supports its mission by presenting concerts, recordings, commissioning and performing new choral works, and by working collaboratively with the community at large to promote singing, specifically with school music programs and other music organizations.
Programs

The organization hosted six public performances featuring yccm's ensembles. These performances were attended by 2498 patrons and made available through streaming platforms. In october, yccm presented a choral community, a collaborative performance with area community and school choirs. In december, yccm presented three holiday concerts. In april, yccm performed a major work with an orchestra and hosted a vocal festival for treble voices. The season concluded in may with a collaborative concert with another youth choral organization.
