Youth Development Initiatives (YDI) exist so that every disadvantaged teenager can graduate high school with an individualized career pathway, a post-secondary education plan, and real-world experiential learning opportunities that result in greater self-awareness/confidence, self-efficacy, and upward economic mobility.

Transported youth to and from our afterschool program also transported youth on educational/exploration field trips.
Career & employment preparation, introduction to vocational trades, and credit recovery. Every ydi program exceeded grant goals and expectations.
