Provide youth in crisis a place of physical and emotional safety while assisting them to build positive relationships and develop their individual potential.

4b. Transitional Housing - We provided supportive programming to young adults ages 17-24 who were experiencing homelessness prior to this opportunity. Program participants are assisted with applying to transitional housing units operated by local community partners. Our agency provides screening ongoing case management assistance with life skills post program planning and monitors participant progress while in the program.
Community Based Programming- In 2024 YES offered several community-based projects to at-risk youth in our community including life skills classes recreational activities and outings weekly youth and young adult NA meetings case management Youth Action Council Home Share Project and Violence Intervention. YES also completed regular outreach activities in the community aimed at increasing awareness of our services.
