The Youth Enrichment Learning Center, Inc. (YELC) is an invaluable year-round educational facility that serves children aged 5 to 18 from low to middle-income families. The center operates two primary programs: the Enrichment & Restoration After School program and the SANDALS Academic Recreation Summer Camp.
