To inspire youth through outdoor experiences and leadership opportunities.

Outdoor adventure - week long "sessions" programs challenge youth with new outdoor recreational programs. One-day biking, hiking, rock-climbing, kayaking, and paddle-boarding trips take urban youth to state parks, rivers, and bays in and around boston. Overnight camping trips take place at swann lodge in western massachusetts, made available to the organization by the massachusetts department of conservation and recreation. Track & field program operates for four seasons and provides with weekly conditioning, small group instruction, and skill building. In fiscal year ended june 30, 2024, 603 participants were involved in outdoor adventure programming.
Yes academy - the yes academy provides year-round opportunities for youth to learn the critical and leadership skills needed to be successful in college, work, and life. In fiscal year ended june 30, 2024, 65 participants were involved with the academy.
