Programs
1 program
Food & garden programs 3,730 pounds of fresh produce were grown and distributed to households in moab. 26% of food grown was given to food pantry clients. 4,354 flower, vegetable, and herb starts were sold to local gardeners at ygp's spring plant sale. Ygp hosted 3 free community events that celebrated food, community, and the care it takes to grow and nourish both. 493 youth and adults volunteered to help in the garden. 23 households were able to grow their own healthy food in ygp-managed community garden plots, as part of our newest program: moab community gardens. We added managed three off-site locations for community gardeners.
