Youth Style Fitness YSF was strategically designed by a Board of Directors composed of a current American Council of Exercise ACE Certified Personal Trainer PT a Group Fitness Instructor GFI a Youth Specialist a Sports Fitness Nutritionist Specialist a Certified Peer Support Specialist a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Doctor of Occupational Therapist OT The team of YSF has developed Fitness Nutritional and group support services that target children aging from 6-18 Innovative programs composed by YSF aim to empower youth development through fitness training Nutritional education and mentortherapeutic support services to the youth Our mission is to Foster an awareness of healthy eating and exercise to empower healthy youth development and wellness
