Mission

YTJ School Suspension Alternatives: We work with school staff, students and administration to shift school culture and behavior from punitive to peer-led restorative and trauma-informed discipline systems. Activities include staff and student training, peer-led restorative circles and community building circles to divert suspensions and reduce recidivism. Successes include a suspension reduction of 33% over one year, impacting primarily BIPOC youth.
