Educate & inspire others through performances, recruit new singers and teach them folk songs and techniques, present programs, develop new musical art forms for greater Sacramento area communities: Planned, developed, presented, & performed Balkan/Slavic Folk Songs and Dances in January 2024 (attendance over 100 people). Performed at Sacramento Scandinavian Festival in April 2024 (approx 1,000 attendees). Performed at St. Pauls Episcopal Church Anniversary in September 2024 (approx 90 attendees). Performed at World Music Benefit Concert for Afghan Refugees in October 2024 (approx 80 attendees). Performed at MusicLandria musical instrument lending library in November 2024 (approx 30 attendees). Added new Zado singers to bring total to 10.

Maintain internal support, management, administration, and volunteers to allow Zado to thrive and continue to serve the community in a cost-effective way: Completed all annual administrative steps necessary to maintain 501(c)(3) status. All Zado Board members and singers continued as unpaid volunteers who provide these services. Zado music director continued as unpaid volunteer. Overall administrative/implementation expenses that affect all program services for 2024 are listed in this 4c section (government, fundraising, and bank service fees). Administrative expenses relating to each separate program service are included in the totals shown in 4a and 4b sections.
