To combat food insecurity and hunger in Gaza, the organization distributed dry food parcels and operated emergency community kitchens. These efforts served approximately 5,450 individuals with hot meals and provided food parcels to an additional 4,199 people, including children, orphans, and vulnerable families. The meals and parcels were tailored to be nutritious and shelf-stable, offering dignity and sustenance during prolonged periods of displacement, siege, and supply chain disruption. Distribution was carried out by local staff and volunteers across various regions of north, central, and southern Gaza.

In preparation for winter and in response to harsh living conditions, the organization provided life-saving winter aid to families and children living in tents and shelters. A total of 2,382 articles of children's winter clothing were distributed, along with 600 winter accessories such as scarves, hats, mittens, and gloves. Additionally, 550 thermal winter blankets were given to displaced families without proper insulation. This effort helped prevent hypothermia and illness among children and elderly individuals living in extreme hardship, particularly in areas where no other aid was reaching.

The organization provided essential support to orphaned children and vulnerable families in Gaza through multiple humanitarian programs. These included emergency and miscellaneous aid, children's mental health and psychosocial services, and local triage and medical assistance. The total value of these services was $76,782.

The organization distributed $29,303 in direct financial assistance (USD) to families of orphaned children to help meet their basic needs, including food, clothing, hygiene items, and shelter-related costs.
