Zeta Phi Housing Corporation

Non-profit fraternal housing corporation. From around 2000 to 2013 the Zeta Phi Housing Corporation leased a fraternity house (located at 1300 Baystone Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80521) from Pi Kappa Phi Properties, Inc. and collected rent from tenants who were members of the Zeta Phi chapter of Pi Kappa Phi fraternity. Since 2013 it has been sat dormant, however, the intention is provide future housing benefits for the fraternity members when the form again at Colorado State University, which is expected in 2026-2027.
