Services include homebuyer education classes, pre- and post-purchase counseling, foreclosure intervention, and matched savings opportunities. During 2024, Avenue provided homebuyer education to 775 households, supported 114 new homeowners, assisted 108 households in preserving their homes, and helped 28 clients access matched savings.
