We empower clients to lead better lives by providing premium, compassionate primary healthcare to a diverse community who have traditionally faced problems accessing quality care

Financial assistance is provided for hiv medications for those awaiting approval for the tx hiv medication program - financial assistance for the payment of health insurance premiums, co-pays/co-insurance, and deductibles to qualified individuals living with hiv at a cost to the organization of $4,767,595. These programs are available to hiv positive patients who qualify through the ryan white care act. This program served 7,286 patients with 32,295 transactions during the year.

Body positive: through our body positive wellness center, legacy offers a comprehensive program designed to improve your overall health. Our multi week program integrates exercise and nutrition as well as massage therapy and physical therapy where necessary.
