CADTP is one of the organizations recognized by the State of California to certify individuals as alcohol and other drug counselors.
Program 2
$3.1MIn conjunction with certification, CADTP must approve continuing education providers for its registered and certified counselors. There is a fee for the approval process. CADTP also provides specialty trainings to members as well as other stakeholders. CADTP provides its members with a group legal plan with a lawyer who is versed in DUI program regulations. CADTP collects the quarterly fee from the DUI programs and retains the lawyer for those DUI programs at a group rate using those fees.
