Outclient services - up to a 1-year program; amount of contacts and types of counseling approaches vary depending on individual treatment plans. Features group and individual counseling using evidence-based programs. Access to a multi-disciplinary team of certified drug and alcohol counselors, licensed therapists, and medical staff. Most insurance is accepted; sliding scale fees available; medi-cal is accepted as full payment if qualified. Onsite childcare available. Access to ancillary services, including parenting classes, tobacco cessation, anger management.

Recovery residence - granite wellness centers' recovery residence programs provide a balanced environment to support continued self-improvement and a solid foundation in recovery. Our goal is to encourage the development of life-long skills to achieve long-term recovery and wellness, and tools to live a meaningful, productive, and rewarding life. Our recovery residences are designed for stays up to six months and offer housing for adult men, women, and women with young children. Each individual is provided support to achieve self-sufficiency and to build individual independent living action plans that identify health, wellness, recovery, and self-sufficiency goals. This may include addressing housing, transportation, health, and (continued on schedule o) employment; and granite wellness centers will provide education around parenting, anger management, money management, computer skills, life skills and literacy training, employment skills and resources, and smoking cessation.

Granite wellness provides an array of integrated, individual, and family-centered services to address substance use and co-occurring disorders, focused on outcomes of long-term individual and family recovery, contributive citizenship, and family functioning. We serve placer and nevada counties with service sites in truckee, grass valley, auburn, lincoln, and roseville. Other services include education classes (including dui), withdrawal management, medication assisted treatment, child development programs, and ancillary services including anger management, parenting classes, and children's programs.
