Chsp also administers the hud-mandated homeless management information system (hmis) and the local implementation of the coordinated entry system (ces or locally known as cars; coordinated assessment and referral system). Chsp's strategy and coordination efforts are to meet the regional 5-year lead me home plan to reduce homelessness by 2026.

$372KHhip & erfthe housing and homelessness incentive program (hhip) is one of the home and community based services transitions initiatives, which aim to expand and enhance programs that facilitate individuals transitioning to community-based, independent living arrangements.encampment resolution funding (erf) program is a competitive grant program available to assist local jurisdictions in ensuring the wellness and safety of people experiencing homelessness in encampments by providing services and supports that address their immediate physical and mental wellness and result in meaningful paths to safe and stable housing.
