In 2024, 37 mortgage loans totalling 918,500 were awarded. 2 loans for financing development of affordable housing were closed in 2024 totaling 364,814 for 160 new units. Client fees and loan interest are used to administer the program in addition to grants and contributions.

$99KHousing development - cwnd constructs, acquires, rehabilitates, and operates multi-family affordable housing units throughout north dakota. During 2024 cwnd made application for 2 9% tax credits projects but was unsucessful. Cwnd continues to seek opportunities to provide affordable housing.
