Summer day camp (yay camp) facilitate services for 32 participants; and 38 children attended a weekly drop-in care service during the school year for a total of 271 visits.
Program 3
$704KPost-polio post-polio support group provided direct and indirect support to individuals for 925 visits. Respite awarded 63 respite care support vouchers, providing support to 596 families for multiple agencies and multi year grants funding, they trained 1,644 individuals.
