Program 1
State affairs: the association monitored state legislative and regulatory actions affecting energy infrastructure companies and publicly traded partnerships and their unitholders, primarily in the area of taxation, and worked to change measures that would have an adverse impact.
Program 2
Sustainability: held briefings for members on sustainability issues, investor views and best practices, and provided general education on the topic for members.
Program 3
During calendar year 2024, eic continued programming to provide educational events on topics of interest to the membership including tax, energy, sustainability, and matters before the sec and ferc, that include representations from outside experts on the aforementioned areas. The programs were offered by eic to its membership.
Program 4
During calendar year 2024, eic also held an in-person "ir roundtable" for eic member professionals working in investor relations; an annual investor conference, which is open to eic members and non-members that are interested in energy infrastructure, a virtual annual meeting and legislative conference comprised of a multi-part series of webinars open to eic members, and a senior executive post-election roundtable open to eic member c-suite and senior management personnel.
