Emergency and transitional housing includes three short-term facilities - the frank rice access center with 35 beds, the village with 70 beds,and the haus with 25 beds that give access to lamp's full range of services which includes advocacy and case management, counseling and psychiatric care, money management, and referrals to permanent housing. Solar (south la recuperative) is a recuperative shelter in compton, offering emergency housing for medically frail clients exiting hospitals and awaiting permanent supportive housing solutions. While at solar, patients receive 24 hour nursing care and medication management and work with lamp to begin the services they will need in their new permanent homes.
