NIMJ's mission is to promote the study,improvement and understanding of military law and the military justice system to include the Uniform Code of Military Justice and the International Law of Armed Conflict. Its activities include: Submission of amicus briefs and similar filings in significant pending case; Convening and conducting conferences and other meetings on current military law and justice issues both domestic.and international.
