POPULATION ACTION INTERNATIONAL

See schedule o. Championing u.s. Government support of srhrpai's u.s. Government relations activities arm policymakers with evidence, history, data, and tools to act and enable urgent decisions that improve the health of women and youth around the world. Our work includes supporting strong legislation, foreign assistance policies, and increased funding for family planning, maternal newborn health, and reproductive health, and ending gender-based violence worldwide. Through this work, pai successfully engages a broad, knowledgeable, and engaged base of srhr champions in congress, the state department, and other key government roles. Pai also participates in coalitions that help us align with and strengthen our collective advocacy, such as serving as co-chair of the international family planning coalition. Whether independently or as part of coalitions, pai works with u.s. Policymakers, cross-sector partners, the media, and grassroots organizations to advance advocacy that improves the health, rights, and lives of women, youth, and their communities.
